The apartment is in
a nice village by the name of Belo, situated on the very border with
Republic of Slovenia. You can get there from various directions. If you
are coming across Austria, Italy or Hungary, we will try to demonstrate the best routes for
you, so that you can find us as easily as possible.
If you are coming in from Austria, it
is best to enter Slovenia through Karavanke tunnel or Ljubelj border
crossing, and then continue down the highway toward Ljubljana. When you
get to Ljubljana, take the road to Kočevje. After Kočevje drive toward
Petrina/Brod na Kupi border crossing between Slovenia and Croatia. You
must cross the border and enter into Croatia, than go straight down the
road and turn left after 30 meters, and than drive for 3 km alongside
Kupa River to get to Belo.
You can use another route
from Austria, across Spielfeld/Šentilj border crossing with Slovenia,
then via Maribor to Macelj border crossing between Slovenia and Croatia.
After Macelj, drive toward Zagreb and than continue down Zagreb-Rijeka
highway. You have to go to Delnice, and when you get to Delnice, turn
toward the border crossing
between Croatia and Slovenia in Brod na Kupi. When you reach Brod na Kupi, turn right 30
meters before the border crossing with Slovenia and drive for 3 km down
the road alongside Kupa River to get to Belo.
If you are coming in from Italy, it is best to enter Slovenia across
Kozina or Sežana border crossing, then continue across Slovenia to
Pasjak and Rupa border crossing with Republic of Croatia. Move on down
the road toward Rijeka and take Rijeka-Zagreb highway to Delnice. When
you get to Delnice, turn toward the border crossing
between Croatia and Slovenia in Brod na Kupi. When you reach Brod na Kupi, turn right 30
meters before the border crossing with Slovenia and drive for 3 km down
the road alongside Kupa River to get to Belo.
If you
are coming in from Hungary, it is best to enter Croatia across Goričan
border crossing and take the highway toward Zagreb. From there, continue
down the Zagreb-Rijeka highway. You have to go to Delnice, and when
you get to Delnice, turn
toward the border crossing
between Croatia and Slovenia in Brod na Kupi. When you reach Brod na Kupi, turn right 30
meters before the border crossing with Slovenia and drive for 3 km down
the road alongside Kupa River to get to Belo.
